Martha’s professional background includes thirteen years in Human Resources as a staffing specialist, freelance consultant and event planner. Martha specializes in individual coaching and consulting for Stynchula & Associates and provides various services within the Corporate Ministry Services Division.
She served as a Community Bible Church staff member for three years in the Lay Counseling Department. While at CBC she helped direct a college level course that was specifically designed to guide the every day person in their communication and daily life skills. Martha and her husband of twenty-five years have mentored engaged couples in the Pre-Marital Ministry, and speak at conferences regarding marriage and life issues. They utilize their own unique life experiences to give testimony to the miraculous power of God and what He has done in their marriage and in their individual lives.
Raelyn Van Pelt worked in the employment and placement industry for more than 20 years managing one of the most successful offices in the country. Now, Raelyn relies on the depth and breath of her corporate experience to coach and train business professionals to higher levels of performance. Her areas of expertise include sales, leadership development and change management.
